Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement for a damaged item. Returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, or color, or simply changes their mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
If an order is returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued. Maclovios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
Shipping
In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.
How are the products packed?
Clothing
High-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in a variety of sizes (for larger orders).
Accessories
Waterproof poly-mailer bags are used for soft products, such as face masks or socks. If required, padded mailer bags are used for extra protection. Phone cases are shipped in padded envelopes or recyclable cardboard shippers.
Home & Living
High-quality poly-mailer bags are used for soft products, while cardboard boxes may be used for larger orders. Products that require extra protection will be shipped in padded mailers or cardboard boxes.
Wall clocks are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes with bubble wrap surrounding the clock.
